My little neice Londyn is the cutest thing. My brother just took some recent pics of her and she is so cute I had to post some and give a little shout out to Londyn.
We still have not met yet (TYLER!!!) And we can't wait to see her and squeeze her little cheeks and give her hugs n loves! Hopefully we can make a trip to SLC this fall and finally meet little Londie Loo!
Well, now that the twilight series is over, and I'm down to one babe, I have some extra time on my hands. I have been very crafty lately (if I do say so myself:) These hair clips are my new thang! I am making the silk flower clips, as well as the ribbon clips. All of the flowers I have found so far have been 1/2 off and I get my silver clips at Sally's, and they are pretty cheap as well. I have a few burns from my glue gun, but its all worth it in the end! I have made a clip for every girl in our fam so far, and can't wait to give them out! ps. Sorry the pics are so dang big!
Dave got tickets to Nascar this weekend and he usually just takes Brook and they have a little daddy/daughter time. I was planning on having some good old quiet time and running some errands and making a much needed trip to the grocery store. Well, as they were getting ready to head out they kept asking me to come and making me feel guilty, so of course I gave in and went. Well, I hadn't eaten all day and it was about 4:30. I have always said Nascar has yummy concession stands, so I was looking forward to stuffing my face with some good ol greasy goodness! Well, we arrived and walked about 10 miles to the race-track and by this time I was FAMISHED! I told Dave we HAD to get food before we went in. I hadn't had a coke ALL day and I was starting to shake! Well, we found a place to eat and ordered lots of food. We got cheesesteak phillys, corndogs, cheesefries and some soda's. As we were walking past the concession stands to go find our seats I saw an ice-cream and funnel cake sign, and knew we would be coming back for some dessert! So we went to our seats and pigged out! The races began and I was so scared! The whole stadium was shaking and I felt like I couldn't even breath. The trucks were flying by so fast and I couldn't hear anything! We had pretty close seats and every time the trucks came around the turn I kept thinking they were going to crash and flip up and hit us! I'm a nervous ninny I know. Well, there were a few crashes and the fumes nearly killed me! Brook & I had just about enuf of all the fun and we decied to go hit the concession stands one last time for dessert! We got funnel cake and ice cream. We went back to our seats and once again pigged out! The fumes were making me really sick and the noise thing was driving me crazy so we decied to leave a bit early. I guess I'm not a big "racing fan". Well, on the way home I started feeling kinda icky. I thought I just over-ate and it would pass in no time. Boy was I wrong! We got home and I felt so dizzy and gaggish and I was feeling so barfy! I layed on the couch and thought I was going to die! I think it was a combo of ALOT of greasy food, too much junk on an empty stomach, stinky car fumes, and a whole LOT of soda! I went and layed down and realized I had what my mom would call a "GUT ACHE"! I finally cried myself to sleep and woke up this morning feeling so much better! So the lesson here is...NO MORE RACES, and NO MORE GREASY FOOD! Looks like I've written a novel here, but thought you'd all like to know about my horrible "gut ache"!!!!:):):)
For Labor Day we headed up to Parowan, Utah for some much needed rEsT and rElAxAtIoN! We hung out with Gpa & Gma Bean and the kids had a bLaSt! We spent lots of time fIsHiNg at Panguitch Lake and caught tons of big HuGe fish! We also took part in the labor day festivites in Parowan. We went to the pArAde, went on some ScArY rides, and ate some YuMmY food! All of the apples were falling off the tree's in the back yard so the girls set up a little "aPpLe BuSiNeSs" and were selling apples. Too bad Dave and I were their only customers! The PuPs also enjoyed the cool weather and they had so much fUn running around in the grass. We had such a gOoD time and its was so nIcE and CoOl and we did't want to come back to VeGaS! GoOd thing were going back in a couple of weeks! We can't wait!

Well we have sold 3 pups, and have only 1 left. Big Mambo is left. Anyone want a puppy? Its so hard taking care of them on top of everything else so we are so ready for him to go. He is the big fatty of the bunch and we just can't seem to get rid of him...Pup anyone????
Tomorrow is KySoN's 1sT birthday, but since BeNtLeY's last day was today, we had a birthday celebration for Kys, and a going away party for BeNtLeY! We had chocolate fudge cupcakes with vanilla ice cream and the boys LoVeD it! It was Kyson's first cupcake and he really enjoyed eVeRy last bite! We sang hApPy BiRtHdAy to him and he thought it was sO funny! He is such a sWeEt baby and he is sO loveable! He is always willing to give hUgS & LoVes, and loves to cUdDlE-bUgGiE! He has such a sWeEt spirit and we have rEaLly enjoyed having him in our home! Bentley also enjoyed the cupcakes and LoVeD the ice-cream! We hope Bent had a good "LaSt" day with us! HaPpy BiRtHdAy KySon & GoOd LuCk BeNtLeY!!!
So I have some very SaD news! bAbY bEnTlEy,(aka Bent, or Big Bent) who I have been tending since May, is leaving:(:(:( His last day is this Thursday. He is moving to Provo,Utah with is parents where his dad will be attending law school at BYU. I have enjoyed eVeRy single day with Bent! (even when he was teething and being fussy:) He has the most bEaUtIfUl big blue eyes, and he is such a fun, lovey, happy baby! He absolutely looooooves food and I hope his new baby sitter will feed him all the gOoD food and snacks that he loves & enjoys sO much! Brook and Bent have become such gOoD little buddies and she is sO sad that he is leaving. We all are! Everyday when Dave gets home from work he rUnS over to the door and puts his hand up to give him a high five! He is such a CoOl kid! He has really become like part of our fAmIlY and were going to miss him sO much! Its been so fUn to watch him grow and walk and become such a CuTe little boy. I'm really gonna MiSs seeing his big blue eyes every morning. GoNnA MiSs Ya BeNt!!!

Well, today my baby went back to school, and into the 3rd grade! (That makes me feel really old!) We woke up a little late today, but everything went fine. I wanted to make her waffles or pancakes but she insisted she have her favorite cereal, Capt'n Crunch! We went to the school and we were standing in her class line waiting for the bell to ring, (I was planning on walking her into class and getting a few photos) Well, she kept looking up at me and saying, "Okay mom, you can go now". I was like are you sure I wanted to go in with you and get some pics of you and your teacher, and she was like, "No mom, No more pics and you can go home now!" Well, of course this broke my heart. My little baby doesn't need me anymore! Boooo Hoooooo!!! So I kissed her goodbye and told her to have a great day! I must say I was a little teary eyed walking back to my car all alone. I came home to a very quiet & empty house. I don't have the babies today and Brook is gone, so now what do I do??? Guess I'll have lunch with the dogs today...sniff sniff!!!
So I started the 2nd book yesterday and could not believe what happened! I don't want to give too much away for those of you who haven't read it yet,(Mom & Casey) but I was so MAD!!! And heartbroken. I know things must get better or work out since there are 4 books, but I was so upset! I am so addicted to these books! Everyone must think I'm NUTS!!!
Well, today is the anniversary of John's death. Its my D-day, and has been for years. When ever July is over and I turn my calander to August, I still after all these years get teary eyed and a lump in my throat. But today is the day that he died 10 years ago. It seems like just yesterday. There hasn't been one single day that I havent thought about John. He loved life! He made me laugh. He always knew how to put a smile on my face or how to make me burst out laughing! He loved being outdoors and loved being with people. He loved fast cars and motorcycles. He loved my family. Having being raised by his grandparents and being an only child, he never had much of a family life. When we started dating he always wanted to go to my house and "hang-out". He loved my mom and dad and all my brothers and my sis. It was the family he never had. I was so glad that we were able to give him that. I am so glad I got to spend my high school years with him, and a wonderful year and a half of marriage. I never got to tell John goodbye, so I look forward to the day when I can say hello again.
Anni had her pups this morning!!! She had 1 girl, and 3 boys! She has been a great mom so far. The girls are in seventh heaven and have been sitting at the cage all day just watching them. Anni was actually named Debbie when we first got her (wierd dog name I know) So Brook felt it necesarry to name the only girl after her mom, so we named her Debbie! The boys are Mambo, ToDo and Remmie the Runt! The are so cute and chubby! She was a week overdue so they are very big! I'll post some pics soon!
Last weekend we went to St. George for my niece's baptism. My mom snapped some pics of the girls while we were there. They look all grown up! I can't believe Taylor is going into the 5th, yes, the 5th grade, and my little Brookie is going into the 3rd grade! Where does the time go?
So I've been hearing about the twilight books for sometime now, and never paid them any attention, they never seemed to interest me. I don't read to often, and if I do it has to be something that keeps me very intersted. If I don't get interested in the first chapter, I won't read it. Well, my friend Heather,(Bentley's mom, the little babe I sit) had told me how good the books were so I thought what the hay, I'll give it a try. Started reading and I cannot put the thing down! I usually don't get into books all that much, but this book has cast a spell over me. I get so busy during the day with the babes, so I can't read to much and it drives me insane wondering what will happen next, lame I know. I stayed up till 1 am last night reading as much as I could. Woke up at 4am when Dave left for work and read again! Has anyone else read these books? Anyone else hooked like I am??? Can't wait to finish this one so I can move on to the next!!!
So our dog Anni is due to have puppies any time now. She was due on Saturday, and has been having contractions for a few days, but no pups yet. The girls are SO exited and can't wait to see the little pups! We already have them all named. So far they are Mambo(the girls came up with this because one of the pups has happy feet and is kicking all the time), Georgette, ToTo, and Francie. We are hoping she only has 3 or 4. I certainly don't want 6 or 7 puppies running around our house! Only one of the pups has been spoken for, so if anyone wants a CUTE little min pin puppy, let us know!!!
